Why should I join the Waipahu High School Band Program?
Our band program is one of the most active and visible programs on our school campus. If you join, you will perform at football and boy's and girl's basketball games. You will participate in our Homecoming Parade and two Christmas parades. You will perform multiple symphonic concerts throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to be in our marching band and participate in competitions and exhibitions in front of thousands of people. You will be able to join the jazz bands and perform at malls and jazz festivals. You will make many friends that will form a positive support group for you, academically and socially (and emotionally). You will travel and have a blast! You can also be awarded scholarships, as many of our past members have done in college. Look at the videos and photos below to get a better idea. Navigate this website. Ask questions.
